1. About Guild Assistant
Guild Assistant is an independent Discord bot and companion website operated by Nathasja Vandevonder under the name Guild Assistant. These terms cover the bot, public website and dashboard.

2. Using the service
By using Guild Assistant, you agree to these terms and must follow applicable law. When you use Discord features, you must also meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and follow Discord’s terms and community rules. All users must follow the rules of relevant game and media providers. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and server permissions
You may sign in with Discord or create a separate web account. Keep your password and sign-in details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Only manage servers, channels and information you are entitled to manage. Server managers are responsible for their configuration choices, permissions, announcements and submitted content. Changes made through the dashboard can affect the connected Discord server. Guild memberships and access to an existing group may require officer approval.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorized access or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access checks, misuse developer tools, overload the service or automate abusive requests. Only submit game account identifiers you are authorized to use. Do not submit passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Features and availability
Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Gift codes may expire or fail; scheduled actions and reminders depend on third-party availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service, successful redemptions or particular game rewards. Cross-Guild Network is in development and is not presented as a generally available feature. More modules may be introduced later.
6. Content and ownership
You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow us to process, store and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sending it to the Discord channels you select. You must have the necessary rights to submitted text, images and media. Guild Assistant’s original materials are protected to the extent applicable law permits; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
7. Free access and voluntary support
All Guild Assistant features are free in Discord and on the web. No subscription or payment is required. Guild membership and server-management permissions still apply. You may support development voluntarily through Buy Me a Coffee; contributions do not unlock features or change access. If you have an existing subscription, use Manage existing subscription in the web app to manage or cancel it, or contact support.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the bot and website, including how to request access, correction or deletion. Removing the bot does not automatically erase every stored record; contact support to request removal of retained information.
9. Restrictions and ending use
You can stop using the service, sign out, disconnect optional accounts and remove the bot from servers you manage. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
10. Responsibility
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect losses caused by service interruptions or third-party failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the revision date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or support Discord. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service. Contact Nathasja Vandevonder by email or through the support Discord about these terms.
